It is with great pleasure that NNA Inc announces its first ever inaugural General Meeting on 20 May 2023.
In preparation for the association’s memorable occasion, we extend our invitation to the general public, most notably the interested general populace of Namatanai Local Level Government, Namatanai District, New Ireland Province, New Guinea Island provinces and friends of Namatanai of the following agendas that will be addressed in the meeting.
- Opening and welcome remarks by Interim President. Update on Proposals ,projects,work done thus far…etc
- Financial Report Presentation of all report affairs to date.
- Election of Executives
Remarks by duly elected President – after remarks floor open to members remarks.
The general public, most notably the interested general populace of Namatanai Local Level Government, Namatanai District, New Ireland Province, New Guinea Island provinces and friends of Namatanai are encouraged to submit your general details (name, contact details and place of residence only) to Richmond Nongkas through his NNA Inc email rnongkas.sec@nnapng.org. The names will be screened for listing to be deliberated by the group for transparency purposes.
